Fees & Billing


Speech Reach is in network and can directly bill Premera (Blue Cross). 

Families are responsible for co-payment or co-insurance and any out of pocket costs associated with their plan. Payments will be taken on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon by family and therapist.

Out of network

For all other insurance plans, families can pay Speech Reach directly.  If a family wishes to pursue reimbursement through their insurance, I can provide an itemized superbill including diagnosis and treatment codes for speech and language therapy services at the end of each month. This bill should be directly submited to the insurance company for reimbursement to the family, not Speech Reach. I am happy to provide additional documentation as required by insurance companies upon request.​


Families are responsible for familiarizing themselves with their insurance benefits and reimbursement policies. Even when insurance is not in-network, coverage is still likely through a private pay option. I encourage families to contact their insurance company for details. I am not able to counsel families or guarantee reimbursement as procedures and policies vary widely.
